The People's Government of Beijing Municipality has issued the Implementation Plan for Continuous Optimization of Beijing's Business Environment by Fostering and Stimulating Vitality of Market Entities, the fifth centralized release of reform measures in a row for optimizing the business environment. According to this "Innovation + Vitality = Beijing's Business Environment Reform 5.0", also known as "1+1" Reform 5.0, Beijing Municipality plans to complete 362 tasks by the end of 2023, of which 115 innovative pilots will be fulfilled by the end of June 2023.
